RETURN POLICY
At novaraboutique.shop, we adhere to a fair and standardized return and refund policy to protect the legitimate rights and interests of every customer. All return and exchange procedures follow international cross-border e-commerce service standards, and the specific rules are as follows:
1. Return Eligibility & Time LimitETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIME LIMIT: Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. The returned human hair products must be unused, unwashed, unstyled, uncut, un dyed/permed, with original packaging, tags and accessories complete, and no human damage or wear and tear. Used, processed or artificially damaged products do not support return and exchange.
2. Quality Problem ReturnsUALITY PROBLEM RETURNS: If the products have quality problems such as serious hair shedding, severe tangling, wrong goods, missing parts and original process defects after inspection, we support free return, exchange or full refund. We will bear the return shipping cost for confirmed quality problems.
3. Non-Quality ReturnsON-QUALITY RETURNS: For returns due to personal preferences (including but not limited to slight color difference, inappropriate style, personal dislike), the products must meet the return conditions. Customers need to bear the return shipping fee and a certain proportion of inspection and handling fees. We will process the refund after receiving and verifying the returned goods.
4. Rejected ReturnsEJECTED RETURNS: We refuse returns of products that have been worn, cleaned, cut, dyed, permed, artificially damaged, lost original packaging or exceeded the 30-day return period. Customized hair products do not support unconditional return and exchange unless there are quality problems.
5. Refund ProcessingEFUND PROCESSING: After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return standards, we will initiate the refund within 3-7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time is subject to the processing rules of your payment platform and bank.
6. Return ProcessETURN PROCESS: Please contact our official customer service via email in advance to apply for return authorization, obtain the return address and return instructions. Do not return goods without authorization, otherwise we cannot guarantee the refund progress.
